Helping others and advocating for people has always been at the core of who I am, and I feel so incredibly lucky to have a job that allows me to do just that, all while supporting people in coming back home to themselves… before the world stepped in and told them who to be.

I know all too well that things like trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, and feeling trapped in your own mind don’t discriminate. They can show up at any age, but underneath it all, there’s usually the same need… to feel safe, understood, and not alone.

I love supporting kiddos in healing as early as possible, before things start to feel even more overwhelming, while their brains are still so open and adaptable (and they’re so stinkin’ precious!!). I love working with teens for many of the same reasons. They’re funny, honest, and usually so much more willing to grow than they give themselves credit for. They just want to feel seen and understood, and it’s such a gift to be able to provide that.

And then there are the women who deserved that same kind of support growing up but rarely, if ever, received it. I absolutely love working with cycle breakers. Women who are courageous enough to face the wounds they were never given the chance to heal as children. It’s life changing to witness someone start to understand how their mind and body have been working so hard to protect them.

Seeing clients of any age begin to see themselves with compassion instead of criticism is one of the greatest privileges of my work and life. I truly don't think there are words for how grateful I feel to be part of that process.

A Little Bit of Me, Thank You for Being Here ❤︎

The Foundation of My Work

I believe every person deserves a space where they feel safe, seen, valued, and free to be their true, authentic self.

Unfortunately, the reality is that it doesn’t always feel safe to fully show up as who we are in the world. Many of us have learned to hide parts of ourselves, minimize our experiences, or adapt to feel accepted. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to hide from anyone anymore, including yourself.

I am committed to creating an affirming, inclusive, and compassionate space for the individuals and families I work with. A space where your identity, experiences, and story are honored and respected.

Your voice matters. What you have been through matters. You matter.

💌 A little note from me about this work I love

I get asked a lot how I can do this work… how I can sit with people’s trauma, pain, worries, and heaviness without feeling burned out by it. And honestly, the answer is pretty simple to me.

My clients are going to carry what they’re carrying whether I get to support them or not. But I get to sit with them in it. I get to help them make sense of it, and I get to be a loving witness as they start to come back to themselves.

The change, the self love, the compassion, the self-trust… that’s what stays with me the most. Watching people feel more connected to themselves isn’t ever a burden or something that weighs me down… it’s a gift that I’m grateful for every single day.
