For the Women Who Know How to Survive, But Want to Learn How to Live
What if the things you’ve been trying to “fix” about yourself were actually signs that you’ve been trying to survive?
Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath, meet those patterns with compassion, and help you reconnect with who you’ve always been.
You don’t have to do it all alone
I’m so grateful you found your way here!
If you’re here looking for therapy, chances are something has been feeling “off” for a while… and noticing that is already a really good place to start.
You might notice things like:
Feeling disconnected from yourself or others
Anxiety, overthinking, feeling “on edge,” or a mind that just won’t slow down
Depression (yes, even the high-functioning kind)
Feeling overwhelmed… or emotionally numb
People-pleasing
Perfectionism or never feeling “good enough”
Difficulty trusting yourself or others
Nightmares
Anger that feels hard to understand
In Person & Virtual Therapy
Processing trauma and difficult experiences can be... well, a lot, to say the least. You deserve a space where you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are.
Maybe that's curled up under a cozy blanket in my office while eating the office candy. Maybe it's from your couch at home with your favorite sweatshirt and your fur bestie next to you. Or maybe you're squeezing in a session between classes or work.
Dress comfy. Dress cute. Bring a coffee. Eat your lunch. Come exactly as you are ❤︎
What Guides Our Work Together
There’s no such things as a one-size-fits-all approach here. I’ll pull from different approaches depending on what you need in the moment. At the core of it all, the work is about helping you feel safe, attuned, and more connected to yourself and your world.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Helps you understand your patterns, reconnect with your needs, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
-
EMDR
Helps your brain “unstick” traumatic or difficult memories so they don’t feel so upsetting anymore. It helps your brain file them away in a safer, calmer way so they stop impacting you negatively today.
-
Somatic Therapy
Helps you reconnect with your body and strengthen the mind-body connection through gentle practices that calm your nervous system, release stress, and support healing.
-
Mindfulness Techniques
Simple ways of helping you slow down and notice what’s happening in the present moment, your thoughts, feelings, and body, without judging it.
-
CBT
Helps you notice how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. It supports you in gently shifting unhelpful thought patterns so you can feel and respond in a more balanced way.
-
DBT
Teaches practical skills to help you manage big emotions, cope with stress, and improve relationships.

I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. I’m happy to provide a superbill (receipt of sessions) you can submit for possible reimbursement. I always recommend checking your out-of-network benefits so you know what your plan might cover!
-
Your first session is a space to get to know you, understand what’s been going on, and talk through what you’re hoping will feel different. We’ll start shaping a plan together that feels supportive and aligned with your goals. I’ll always meet you where you are.
-
No two sessions are the same, because no two days are the same.
Some days we’re slowing down and making sense of what’s coming up in the here and now, some days we are doing the deep trauma processing work, some days we’re focusing on grounding and emotional regulation, and some days are a mix of it all.
No matter what, we’ll always come back to what feels important for you and stay connected to the deeper patterns underneath it all.

If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also call or text 988 for 24/7 support from the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
For urgent mental health support that does not require an emergency room visit, you can also contact MIND 24/7, a walk-in mental health urgent care that provides support from mental health professionals for children, teens, and adults. In Arizona, they have a Mesa location and Phoenix location. You can call or text the Mesa location at 1-844-646-3247.
If you are in a moment that feels unbearable, please know that you do not have to face it alone. Your life matters, your presence matters, and even when things feel incredibly heavy, support is available.
If you are able to stay safe but are feeling overwhelmed, consider reaching out to someone you trust or someone who can simply be with you through this moment. Sometimes we need support to help us carry the things that feel too heavy to hold on our own. You deserve care, compassion, and support.
