Trauma-based therapy rooted in connection, compassion, curiosity, and neurobiology

Hi, I’m Kiara! I’m so grateful you’re here ❤︎

Sometimes, life has a way of pulling us away from ourselves. I’d be so honored to support you or your child in finding their way back.

I’m a trauma therapist and childhood wounds specialist, supporting children, teens, and women through experiences like:

  • Complex trauma & PTSD

  • Anxiety, depression & feeling disconnected from yourself

  • Attachment wounds and relationship challenges

  • Challenges with self-worth & identity

  • Difficulties setting and honoring boundaries

  • Parent-child connection & emotional regulation

My approach is warm, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we experience true safety, connection, and compassion, both with ourselves and with others.

Whatever brought you here today, I hope you leave feeling even just a little less alone ❤︎‬

Why Return to You?

White flowering bush with green leaves.

Because I believe we have all that we need to heal already inside of us.

We’ve always known what we need. We know how to love ourselves, care for ourselves, and connect with who we are.

But life has a way of pulling us away from that.

As we move through difficult experiences, we naturally develop ways of protecting ourselves. Anxiety that keeps us 50 steps ahead, just in case. People-pleasing to stay connected. Shutting down when things feel too overwhelming. Staying busy so we don’t have to fully feel what’s underneath it all.

Even the parts of us we struggle with most are often protective, and they were created for an incredibly important purpose. They helped us survive.

And even as life changes and we grow and try to unlearn these patterns, our minds and bodies often still reach for what has been tried and true to keep us safe.

So… Return to You… the journey of finding your way back home to yourself ❤︎
